Experience and engage with the Museum’s unique collection
From exploring local history, hearing stories from the past, having a go at weaving and watching volunteer led demonstrations, our interactive taught sessions are tailored to the national curriculum. The Museum of Carpet is a place for discovery of local history for all children.

Stories and objects from the carpet making industry offer opportunities to explore how different people lived, including significant historical events and the people who shaped Kidderminster and the carpet industry in the wider world.
