Do you enjoy working with children and teaching them about history? We are looking for volunteers to join our Learning team to help deliver workshops to our school groups, as well as helping deliver informal craft activities to families during the school holidays.

Whats involved?

-Support the delivery of our schools programme which includes KS1, KS2 and KS3.

-Our workshops include demonstrating spinning, hand loom weaving and a weaving activity so a willingness to learn a new skill is a plus.

-Assisting with the setting up and clearing down of school and family activities.

-Our workshops also include dressing up as a carpet Master or Weaver

-Support evaluation by encouraging teachers to fill in feedback forms.

-Support family craft activities during the school holidays.
